Exchange & Return Policy
At Swadeshi Pitara, we take immense pride in our silver jewellery and your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we provide an easy exchange process for damaged or defective items.
Exchange Process
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, strictly for items that are damaged or defective.
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at 9004940303 within 3 days of delivery. An unedited video of the parcel being opened is mandatory to verify the issue.
2. Packaging: Securely re-pack the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of your order confirmation.
3. Shipping: For damaged or defective products, reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. For size/style exchanges, a charge of ₹250 applies (covers both reverse pickup and reshipping).
4. Approval: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch your replacement. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstance.
Custom and Personalized Products
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24–48 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed and our exchange policy will apply.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back with the original packaging and tags.

If you need to exchange an item (due to size, color, or defect), please contact us first.
For exchanges due to personal preferences (not defects), a reverse pickup fee of ₹100–₹150 may apply.

Share your order ID, issue details, and photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
We will guide you through the return/exchange process.
�� Additional Notes
Returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
If the product is received in a used, damaged, or unfit condition, your request may be declined.
We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests based on the policy terms.
Important Note
A clear, continuous video of the parcel being opened is mandatory. This helps us verify and resolve any concerns. We do not entertain claims regarding empty, incorrect, or damaged parcels without this proof.
