• All our products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. COD handling charges are applicable.

• If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or cash deposit, please email us at swadeshipitara@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to assist you.

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• We dispatch orders 6 days a week; Sundays are non-operational.

• There is no processing on public holidays.

• Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.

• Occasionally, processing delays may occur. If so, we’ll notify you promptly.
